A collision led to Port Talbot getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Bedwyr Cottrell hit a great ball. Clust Ordinary dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 20 minutes into the match, UWA Bale Tribute's goal looked a bit too open when Gamon Hobbs came free, but Adwr Bonner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Gamon Hobbs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adwr Bonner. The goal made the score 1-2. A hard shot by Malvern Bowen from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Adwr Bonner's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience was convinced that Gamon Hobbs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adwr Bonner was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 34th minute Rhobert Gillett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clust Ordinary saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gamon Hobbs in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adwr Bonner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Garselid Humphries recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Rhobert Gillett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lionel Ingoldsby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Edmyg Lunshekaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Port Talbot booed when UWA Bale Tribute was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garselid Humphries didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half UWA Bale Tribute were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Perceval Foley hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Rhobert Gillett kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clust Ordinary. That made the score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Edmyg Lunshekaun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Port Talbot's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmyg Lunshekaun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adwr Bonner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gamon Hobbs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Port Talbot supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching UWA Bale Tribute's performance. The match ended with a win for UWA Bale Tribute.
