Spectators: 6772 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 0) Meurig Hawk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cedric Caudle having to interfere. Siencyn Booth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Wrexham FC's zone, Aneirin Crabtree stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cadeyrn Pattern came out of the goal and Aneirin Crabtree tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 14 played minutes Wrexham FC got a freekick which was hit by Rhodri Hastings. Cedric Caudle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siencyn Booth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Meurig Hawk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aneirin Crabtree in the 23rd minute of play forced Wrexham FC's goalkeeper Cadeyrn Pattern to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Meurig Hawk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aneirin Crabtree hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes of play, Wrexham FC's Meurig Hawk made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cedric Caudle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aglovale Hodson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Cadeyrn Pattern tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siencyn Booth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Wrexham FC booed when Carmarthen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lleu Kimball didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Meurig Hawk in the 44th minute of play forced Carmarthen FC's goalkeeper Cedric Caudle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmarthen FC's Cedric Caudle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cadellin Dowdall in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Wrexham FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Siencyn Booth to strike the kick off in the second half. Rhodri Hastings was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Wrexham FC's Rhodri Hastings got a free kick in the 60th minute. Meurig Hawk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Cedric Caudle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Aglovale Hodson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carmarthen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 79 minutes into the match, Culhwch Fitzroy notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Wrexham FC's Cadeyrn Pattern. Cadeyrn Pattern was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cadeyrn Pattern took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aglovale Hodson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Aglovale Hodson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cedric Caudle made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Meurig Hawk sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the match, Wrexham FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aneirin Crabtree came free, but Cadeyrn Pattern reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cadeyrn Pattern showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aneirin Crabtree, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Carmarthen FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wrexham FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
