After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Aneirin Kidder made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Geraint Fickett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the game, Brathach Collis lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Inek Bradner. Nissyen Findley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Avaon Cullen having to make a save. Brathach Collis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inek Bradner having to interfere. The supporters of Aberystwyth booed when Barmouth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedric Belbeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute of the match Teregud Fairchild shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Avaon Cullen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Brathach Collis came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Barmouth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brathach Collis couldn't finish the play. Brathach Collis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Aberystwyth supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barmouth's performance. The match ended with a win for Barmouth.
