Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ifor Frost took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iowerth Kenton in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arthur Fishbourne saved Ely Utd from getting behind. Amhar Julien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teryrnon Donovan in the 6th minute of the match. Iowerth Kenton scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arthur Fishbourne, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th match minute, Carmarthen Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iowerth Kenton to maneuver through the defense. Amhar Julien was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baudwin Francom showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. After 15 played minutes Ely Utd got a freekick which was hit by Calder Croft. Amhar Julien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baudwin Francom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carmarthen Utd's Amhar Julien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teryrnon Donovan in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Ely Utd's Teryrnon Donovan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amhar Julien narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ely Utd were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Carmarthen Utd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teryrnon Donovan took the corner. Amhar Julien made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Baudwin Francom sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute, one of Carmarthen Utd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carmarthen Utd. Teryrnon Donovan shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iowerth Kenton in the 34th minute of play forced Ely Utd's goalkeeper Arthur Fishbourne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baudwin Francom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amhar Julien read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Amhar Julien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teryrnon Donovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baudwin Francom struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Amhar Julien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ely Utd. Amhar Julien didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 48th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Iowerth Kenton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teryrnon Donovan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Amhar Julien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amhar Julien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baudwin Francom, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Baudwin Francom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carmarthen Utd's Amhar Julien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 67 minutes Carmarthen Utd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teryrnon Donovan who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ely Utd's Teryrnon Donovan to fire away a dangerous shot which Amhar Julien despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teryrnon Donovan in the 69th minute of play forced Carmarthen Utd's goalkeeper Amhar Julien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baudwin Francom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Amhar Julien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 minutes, Bwlch Yeoman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ely Utd and the Carmarthen Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ely Utd getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Bwlch Yeoman hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Iowerth Kenton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carmarthen Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Iowerth Kenton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Fishbourne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amhar Julien came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Ely Utd's Baudwin Francom. But to his dismay, Baudwin Francom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. With his leg Arthur Fishbourne managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Carmarthen Utd's Iowerth Kenton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 88 minutes into the match, Carmarthen Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Teryrnon Donovan came free, but Amhar Julien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Teryrnon Donovan made a precise shot to the right of Amhar Julien. Carmarthen Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Baudwin Francom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Amhar Julien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Ely Utd's goalkeeper Arthur Fishbourne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iowerth Kenton. Teryrnon Donovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amhar Julien having to interfere. Amhar Julien came out of the goal in the 99th minute to try and stop a shot by Ely Utd's Baudwin Francom. But to his dismay, Baudwin Francom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ely Utd had played much better football throughout.
