Penarth's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arthur Gain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwallawg Convery, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Penarth's goal looked a bit too open when Gwallawg Convery came free, but Arthur Gain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peissawg Garland took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mawrth Lea. Mawrth Lea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mawrth Lea made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Peissawg Garland sent off a good shot on target. Lludd Tinsmith kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Sulyen Hill's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mawrth Lea firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 34th minute, Penarth's Peissawg Garland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mawrth Lea. Mawrth Lea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Bangor FC's zone, Peissawg Garland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mawrth Lea came out of the goal and Peissawg Garland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rhodri Jolson fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bangor FC's protests and gave Rhodri Jolson a yellow card for diving instead. Rhodri Jolson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, Bangor FC's goalkeeper Mawrth Lea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peissawg Garland.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gwallawg Convery made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peissawg Garland in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mawrth Lea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arthur Gain made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Dyvyr Cock sent off a good shot on target. Arthur Gain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwallawg Convery, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute.
