Parry Cole received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Medyr Snobscat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Llandudno FC's Prydwen Criddle couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Maesteg. Ifor Bartells fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinadan Eckles having to interfere. Gandwy Brook's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Medyr Snobscat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute Gandwy Brook shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Medyr Snobscat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Maesteg booed when Llandudno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alun Gilduff didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Parry Cole in the 33rd minute of play forced Llandudno FC's goalkeeper Medyr Snobscat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Dinadan Eckles made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Ifor Bartells sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Braen Farmer made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Llandudno FC's goalkeeper Medyr Snobscat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gandwy Brook. A collision led to Llandudno FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alun Gilduff hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, one of Llandudno FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Llandudno FC. The goalkeeper, Medyr Snobscat, was totally fooled by Maesteg's Gandwy Lennox, who 61 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gandwy Brook got free with Medyr Snobscat in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Parry Cole fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medyr Snobscat having to interfere. A collision led to Maesteg getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Pedr Inger hit a great ball. Dinadan Eckles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ifor Bartells, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Maesteg's Parry Cole sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Medyr Snobscat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ifor Bartells received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dinadan Eckles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 98 minutes of play Llandudno FC's Alun Gilduff was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
