Spectators: 6764 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angawdd Blakey started the match with the kick off. The corner led UWA Bridgend's Amerawdwr Galbraith to fire away a dangerous shot which Dagonet Tinker despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ceri Jacksons short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Dagonet Tinker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dagonet Tinker made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ceri Jackson sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dewey Dell in the 10th minute of play forced Barry FC's goalkeeper Dagonet Tinker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Barry FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Lludd Biggs hit a great ball. Ceri Jackson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dagonet Tinker having to interfere. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barry FC's goalkeeper Dagonet Tinker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Calcas Knox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ceri Jackson got free with Dagonet Tinker in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Barry FC's Calcas Knox in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Bridgend's goalie prevented a goal. Angawdd Blakey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angawdd Blakey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwallter Dale having to interfere. Calcas Knox struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Gwallter Dale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barry FC. After having played for 38 minutes, Angawdd Blakey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barry FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angawdd Blakey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dagonet Tinker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dewey Dell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UWA Bridgend! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dewey Dell to make the kick off. Ceri Jackson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dagonet Tinker having to interfere. Dewey Dell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dagonet Tinker having to make a save. Dagonet Tinker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceri Jackson, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Collen Costello charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Collen Costello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Collen Costello kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Jestin Jennifer hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Angawdd Blakey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dewey Dell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Dagonet Tinker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, UWA Bridgend's Sel Devany got a free kick in the 77th minute. Calcas Knox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwallter Dale having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dewey Dell in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dagonet Tinker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 83rd minute, Bran Lane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, UWA Bridgend's Gobrwy Love got a free kick in the 84th minute. Calcas Knox could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Gwallter Dale made a huge save. After having played for 87 minutes, Calcas Knox managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barry FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calcas Knox was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. UWA Bridgend's Gwallter Dale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angawdd Blakey in the 91st minute of play. Gwallter Dale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angawdd Blakey in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Calcas Knox got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
