Spectators: 6765 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Siencyn Christian got the match started through his kick off. Hydd Blackadder succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. If Malvern Ellen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neath's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 13th minute of the game, when Govannon Chain after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of UWA Prestatyn's goal. Govannon Chain was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Neath's goal looked a bit too open when Ceithin Gibb came free, but Baudwin Dell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hydd Blackadder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Neath's goal looked a bit too open when Ceithin Gibb came free, but Baudwin Dell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UWA Prestatyn's Ceithin Gibb got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Malvern Ellen made a precise shot to the right of Baudwin Dell. Neath's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Siencyn Christian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baudwin Dell came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by UWA Prestatyn's Ceithin Gibb. But to his dismay, Ceithin Gibb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The Neath players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UWA Prestatyn were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malvern Ellen made a kick off. Ofydd Ely hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Hydd Blackadder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evrei Colston was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After 60 minutes of play, Neath's Siencyn Christian made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evrei Colston was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 68 played minutes Neath got a freekick which was hit by Naw Fletcher. 74 minutes into the match, UWA Prestatyn's goal looked a bit too open when Hydd Blackadder came free, but Evrei Colston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evrei Colston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siencyn Christian in the 76th minute of the match. When Ofydd Ely was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. After 77 played minutes UWA Prestatyn got a freekick which was hit by Ofydd Ely. 79 minutes into the match, UWA Prestatyn's goal looked a bit too open when Siencyn Christian came free, but Evrei Colston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hydd Blackadder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The UWA Prestatyn supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing UWA Prestatyn would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
