Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anir Cowen to make the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Anir Cowen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Flint's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anir Cowen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Goreu Yeoman during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cai Burgess kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to UWA Prestatyn getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Modred Bonham hit a great ball. Andras Galligans short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Evrei Colston to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ceithin Gibb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Gethin Gibbons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The UWA Prestatyn fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. UWA Flint were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
