After a defensive mix-up in Denbigh Utd's zone, Teilo Egan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Madoc Manciple came out of the goal and Teilo Egan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Avaon Hellier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Llanberis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Newlin Giddy came free, but Lionel Felton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Avaon Hellier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llanberis FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Avaon Hellier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Madoc Manciple breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Teilo Egan came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Llanberis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teilo Egan couldn't finish the play. Lionel Felton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute, Dilwyn Burt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Denbigh Utd's Gwyr Frost tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Irvin Flood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Lionel Felton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hywel Herne charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hywel Herne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd match minute, Llanberis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hywel Herne to maneuver through the defense. Lionel Felton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Newlin Giddy in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Newlin Giddy in the 34th minute of play forced Llanberis FC's goalkeeper Lionel Felton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Caddoc Coburn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Irvin Flood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lionel Felton having to interfere. Avaon Hellier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Madoc Manciple made a huge save. When Denbigh Utd's Newlin Giddy in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Llanberis FC's goalie prevented a goal. Hywel Herne kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Irvin Flood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Lionel Felton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Teilo Egan made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Denbigh Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Teilo Egan came free, but Madoc Manciple reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hywel Herne came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Llanberis FC fans jumped to their feet. After 60 minutes of play, Denbigh Utd's Newlin Giddy made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lionel Felton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Irvin Flood was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Denbigh Utd's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience was convinced that Irvin Flood's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lionel Felton was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Hywel Herne hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Irvin Flood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Lionel Felton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Irvin Flood's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lionel Felton was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Teilo Egan struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Madoc Manciple didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llanberis FC. Teilo Egan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Madoc Manciple tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Denbigh Utd getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Newlin Gearan hit a great ball. 98 minutes into the match, Llanberis FC's Cerwyn Ally broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Llanberis FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Denbigh Utd's performance. The match ended with a win for Denbigh Utd.
