Eudav Joseph could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Anir Brigham made a huge save. Culhwch Victualer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meurig Tucker in the 41st minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Madoc Fry thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Culhwch Victualer, a very annoying self made goal in the 51st minute which led to 0-1. Anir Brigham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwyn Brien, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Eudav Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Aedd Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eudav Joseph came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Llandysul Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eudav Joseph couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Olwydd Hodgson sped through UWA Montgomery's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anir Brigham. Eudav Joseph's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anir Brigham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Anir Brigham came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Llandysul Utd's Eudav Joseph. But to his dismay, Eudav Joseph quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.
