When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Keith Belbeck sped through Abergele Utd's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ysgawyn Gardner. Gwydre Kain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ysgawyn Gardner having to interfere. Abergele Utd's Ysgawyn Gardner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwydre Kain in the 45th minute of play. After 48 minutes, Garwyli Long mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abergele Utd and the FC Ínnégábílé Cámpíóní players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute, Garwyli Long hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwydre Kain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Keith Belbeck might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ysgawyn Gardner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Keith Belbeck ran back to his position shaking his head. Greidyawl Holcombe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Greidyawl Holcombe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dirmyg Franklin having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, Abergele Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Gwydre Kain came free, but Ysgawyn Gardner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eudav Blencowe kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Dirmyg Franklin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caddoc Flesher went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Abergele Utd booed when FC Ínnégábílé Cámpíóní was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caerwyn Colston didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dirmyg Franklin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greidyawl Holcombe in the 90th minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, FC Ínnégábílé Cámpíóní's Keith Belbeck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ysgawyn Gardner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The FC Ínnégábílé Cámpíóní players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
