The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Amynedd Haran came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Treorchy's Nodens Dutton. But to his dismay, Nodens Dutton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Bleddyn Teamster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. UWA Swansea's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
