Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) When Anwell Dunn came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Talgarth Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anwell Dunn couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute Nodens Dutton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but March Fishbourne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. March Fishbourne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nodens Dutton in the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Talgarth Utd getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Pryderi Blighe hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urien Burgonmaster in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck March Fishbourne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Anwell Dunn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talgarth Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Anwell Dunn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dewey Lynn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dewey Lynn stood somewhat misplaced when Anwell Dunn came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 23 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urien Burgonmaster in the 35th minute of play forced Talgarth Utd's goalkeeper March Fishbourne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nodens Dutton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Treorchy's Dewey Lynn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anwell Dunn in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Anwell Dunn made the kick off in the second half. If Anwell Dunn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andras Heaton kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When Talgarth Utd's Amerawdwr Crittle in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Treorchy's goalie prevented a goal. In the 54th minute, Vaddon Boniface hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Calder Darwin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dewey Lynn. Treorchy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dewey Lynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amerawdwr Crittle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Bradwen Brien almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Treorchy's Dewey Lynn did a great save. Dewey Lynn came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Talgarth Utd's Amerawdwr Crittle. But to his dismay, Amerawdwr Crittle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 66thth minute of the game Amerawdwr Crittle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Treorchy's Dewey Lynn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th match minute, Treorchy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andras Heaton to maneuver through the defense. March Fishbourne stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Urien Burgonmaster's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. A nice corner shot did that Gwevyl Peruker got away a dangerous shot. Despite this March Fishbourne quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Pryderi Blighe kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Nodens Dutton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but March Fishbourne made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerawdwr Crittle in the 79th minute of play forced Treorchy's goalkeeper Dewey Lynn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Waljan Cundall during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Treorchy getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Waljan Cundall hit a great ball. Anwell Dunn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dewey Lynn having to interfere. Anwell Dunn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Treorchy players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Talgarth Utd.
