Spectators: 6778 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 0) Gwalchmei Covell made the kick off and thus started the match. 7 minutes into the game, Siam Islip was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Rhonnda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knighton the free kick. Siam Islip kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anyon Henry got free with Maxen Hand in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the game, Brad Vulcan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Rhonnda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knighton the free kick. The supporters of Knighton booed when UWA Rhonnda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brad Vulcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teilo Leigh hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Rhonnda's zone, Gwalchmei Covell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxen Hand came out of the goal and Gwalchmei Covell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dylan Head received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Mercher Jamison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trent Cain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Knighton booed when UWA Rhonnda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siam Islip didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anyon Henry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Maxen Hand made a huge save. Siam Islip got his second yellow card in the match during the 26th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 26th match minute, UWA Rhonnda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siam Islip to maneuver through the defense. UWA Rhonnda's Maxen Hand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwalchmei Covell in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gwalchmei Covell got free with Maxen Hand in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anyon Henry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anyon Joyner hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Gwalchmei Covell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxen Hand was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teilo Leigh made a kick off. Maxen Hand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anyon Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Gwalchmei Covell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxen Hand having to interfere. Maxen Hand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anyon Henry's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Maxen Hand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anyon Henry in the 56th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Anyon Henry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knighton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anyon Henry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, UWA Rhonnda's Brad Vulcan got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The referee gave Knighton a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gareth Herring, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of UWA Rhonnda's Maxen Hand. 1-0. In the 70th minute, Teilo Leigh made a precise shot to the right of Mercher Jamison. Knighton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some careless play in the Knighton defense, Teilo Leigh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mercher Jamison. The Knighton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mercher Jamison should have stopped the shot. Maxen Hand came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Knighton's Anyon Henry. But to his dismay, Anyon Henry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Evrei Blakey kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When Knighton's Anyon Henry in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Rhonnda's goalie prevented a goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
