The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the game, Bangor FC's Merlin Donnelly nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romney Flannery made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Caradawg Flower fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gorlois Earley having to interfere. Gwitart Goodsons short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Gorlois Earley to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Romney Flannery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merlin Donnelly in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kian Brent in the 19th minute of play forced Knighton FC's goalkeeper Romney Flannery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwitart Goodson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 24 minutes of play, Knighton FC's Gwitart Goodson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gorlois Earley was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Merlin Donnelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the game, Bangor FC's Kian Brent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romney Flannery made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. A collision led to Bangor FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Pasgen Lane hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, Knighton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kian Brent came free, but Romney Flannery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Kevigan charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas Kevigan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Knighton FC! In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Bangor FC. Wmffre Felix stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Romney Flannery. 1-3.

In the 53rd minute, Kian Brent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gwitart Goodson scored 2-3 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gorlois Earley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kian Brent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gorlois Earley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caradawg Flower, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caradawg Flower fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gorlois Earley having to interfere. Caradawg Flower recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Caradawg Flower sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Kynwyl Vulcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Romney Flannery managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Bangor FC's Merlin Donnelly fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 90 minutes into the game, Tudur Holcomb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bangor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knighton FC the free kick. Tudur Holcomb kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Gwitart Goodson came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Knighton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwitart Goodson couldn't finish the play. Gorlois Earley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwitart Goodson in the 97th minute of the match. The Bangor FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
