Spectators: 6775 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Griffin Gettins got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Penarth Utd's goalkeeper Caerwyn Jack, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alwyn Cockwell kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Kynon Huckaby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Kynon Huckaby came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Penarth Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kynon Huckaby couldn't finish the play. UWA Swansea's Anir Garth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Griffin Gettins in the 12th minute of play. Kynon Huckaby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Anir Garth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caerwyn Jack came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by UWA Swansea's Gwalhaved Lamont. But to his dismay, Gwalhaved Lamont quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Kynon Huckaby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emrys Hughes hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Caerwyn Jack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwalhaved Lamont in the 53rd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 53 minutes into the game, when Edern Colthar put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Penarth Utd:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UWA Swansea:s goal. The referee gave UWA Swansea a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Irvin Ambrose, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Penarth Utd's Caerwyn Jack. 1-2. Sion Brinkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kynon Huckaby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Dillan Brabazon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sion Brinkman got free with Caerwyn Jack in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Caerwyn Jack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwalhaved Lamont, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kynon Huckaby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Penarth Utd booed when UWA Swansea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gowther Bonham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caerwyn Jack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwalhaved Lamont in the 76th minute of the match. Bors Linkletter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Anir Garth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kynon Huckaby struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Anir Garth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penarth Utd. Kynon Huckaby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th match minute, UWA Swansea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dillan Brabazon to maneuver through the defense. If Sion Brinkman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. UWA Swansea walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
