Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Math Gold kicked off to start the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Naw Tinker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neath Utd's Ithel Cunningham was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ithel Cunningham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clud Brazier, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Naw Tinker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ithel Cunningham having to interfere. Teregud Bowles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Naw Tinker came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Barry Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naw Tinker couldn't finish the play. If Naw Tinker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Naw Tinker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Teregud Bowles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teregud Bowles in the 34th minute of play forced Neath Utd's goalkeeper Ithel Cunningham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Math Gold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute, Anwar Hall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barry Utd's Ector Hartley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Math Gold in the 42nd minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teregud Bowles to make the kick off. Sugyn Fitzjohn thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Ithel Cunningham, a very annoying self made goal in the 53rd minute which led to 0-1. Tor Hobson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ithel Cunningham. Neath Utd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 57th minute, Garym Donnelly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Teregud Bowles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barry Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Teregud Bowles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ithel Cunningham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Neath Utd getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gwalchmei French hit a great ball. Math Gold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ector Hartley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Barry Utd's Anwar Hall got a free kick in the 65th minute. Naw Tinker scored 0-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ithel Cunningham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Naw Tinker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barry Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Naw Tinker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ithel Cunningham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amerawdwr Emmett hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Lot Blacksmith fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neath Utd's protests and gave Lot Blacksmith a yellow card for diving instead. Lot Blacksmith hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Neath Utd's Ithel Cunningham got control of the ball when Naw Tinker tried to sneak it across the goal line. Math Gold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ector Hartley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Barry Utd booed when Neath Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalldav Almoner didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Barry Utd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Neath Utd.
