If Selyf Lunshekaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. the islanders fc's Teryrnon Bonds got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Selyf Lunshekaun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Myrddin Cordwainer struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Teithi Crocker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caerleon. After 20 minutes, Teryrnon Bonds made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Caerleon's Llwyd Harrington tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Teryrnon Bonds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llwyd Harrington having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Teryrnon Bonds's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Llwyd Harrington was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Teryrnon Bonds might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Llwyd Harrington. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teryrnon Bonds ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Caerleon booed when the islanders fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mabsant Allard didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Teryrnon Bonds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Caerleon's Andras Halley got a free kick in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the game, the islanders fc's Teryrnon Bonds nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Llwyd Harrington made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 45 played minutes Caerleon got a freekick which was hit by Myrddin Cordwainer. Llwyd Harrington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teryrnon Bonds in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Selyf Lunshekaun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes the islanders fc got a freekick which was hit by Mabsant Allard. A collision led to Caerleon getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Maxen Bolton hit a great ball. Caerleon's Llwyd Harrington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mabsant Allard in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selyf Lunshekaun in the 61st minute of play forced Caerleon's goalkeeper Llwyd Harrington to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Llwyd Harrington made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Teryrnon Bonds sent off a good shot on target. After 70 minutes, Malvern Death mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caerleon and the the islanders fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Caerleon's Malvern Death got a free kick in the 70th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Caerleon's goal looked a bit too open when Selyf Lunshekaun came free, but Llwyd Harrington reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as the islanders fc's Selyf Lunshekaun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Llwyd Harrington. That made the score 0-3 after 75 minutes of play. If Teryrnon Bonds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Selyf Lunshekaun fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Llwyd Harrington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selyf Lunshekaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Mabsant Allard hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the game, Lloyd Bethel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caerleon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave the islanders fc the free kick. After 93 played minutes Caerleon got a freekick which was hit by Lloyd Bethel. The Caerleon fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. the islanders fc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
