Spectators: 6855 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Teithi Ironside took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Teithi Ironside came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Neath fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teithi Ironside couldn't finish the play. Neb Lamb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ren Essig in the 6th minute of the match. Teithi Ironside struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Neb Lamb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neath. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ren Essig in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Neb Lamb saved UWA Presteigne from getting behind. Teithi Ironside recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anir Brogan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Idris Luce came out and tried to block the shot, but Anir Brogan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. When Anir Brogan came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the UWA Presteigne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anir Brogan couldn't finish the play. Teithi Ironside sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, UWA Presteigne's goal looked a bit too open when Ren Essig came free, but Neb Lamb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Teithi Ironside who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UWA Presteigne's Neb Lamb was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Neb Lamb didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teithi Ironside went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Teithi Ironside received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Neb Lamb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sugyn Currier charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sugyn Currier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Neath booed when UWA Presteigne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sulien Bingley didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, UWA Presteigne's goal looked a bit too open when Teithi Ironside came free, but Neb Lamb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Teithi Ironside shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neb Lamb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neb Lamb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teithi Ironside in the 37th minute of the match. Neb Lamb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Essig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Teithi Ironside had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Galahad Carr stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Neb Lamb was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ren Essig showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 55 minute of play. Idris Luce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Galahad Carr in the 61st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, UWA Presteigne's Galahad Carr got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Siarl Laurence's late challenge caught a UWA Presteigne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Siarl Laurence helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of UWA Presteigne booed when Neath was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siarl Laurence didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teithi Ironside in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Neb Lamb, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 76 minutes into the game, when Sulien Bingley put in a rough tackle. 75 minutes into the game, one of UWA Presteigne:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Idris Luce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taliesin Gause in the 82nd minute of the match. Neb Lamb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Essig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neb Lamb made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Teithi Ironside sent off a good shot on target. Neath's Ren Essig got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ren Essig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Ren Essig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neath's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
