He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Settlers Soccer Port Team reached it. Neb Lamb was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Fercos Farley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Galahad Carr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cadyryeith Hehir having to interfere. Modred Drayman didn't get a good kick on the ball. UWA Presteigne's Neb Lamb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Newlin Gillam in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Newlin Gillam stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Bran Huddleston managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Settlers Soccer Port Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bran Huddleston was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, UWA Presteigne's Fercos Farley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cadyryeith Hehir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Settlers Soccer Port Team getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ren Peruker hit a great ball. Fercos Farley struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Cadyryeith Hehir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Presteigne. Cadyryeith Hehir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Galahad Carr in the 59th minute of the match. After 61 minutes, Anir Brogan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UWA Presteigne and the Settlers Soccer Port Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, UWA Presteigne's Anir Brogan got a free kick in the 61st minute. Rhun Noel, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 66th minute, Newlin Gillam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mawrth Hubert hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Galahad Carr recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galahad Carr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cadyryeith Hehir having to interfere.
