Maxen Hickey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sinnoch Coogan in the 18th minute of the match. Trahern Avery struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Maxen Hickey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mighty Morphing Sheep. The supporters of Mighty Morphing Sheep booed when Portuguese Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cadwallen Dulleran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trahern Averys short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Maxen Hickey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sinnoch Coogan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxen Hickey having to interfere. Maxen Hickey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sinnoch Coogan in the 42nd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Mighty Morphing Sheep's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gwyneira Breslin 52 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Portuguese Lions's Gorsedd Gapen got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Trahern Avery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bedwyr Ellershaw made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Gorsedd Gapen sent off a good shot on target. Daned Eaton kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Bedwyr Ellershaw made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gorsedd Gapen in the 71st minute. In the 76th minute, Gwyneira Breslin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portuguese Lions fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwyneira Breslin in the 88th minute of play forced Mighty Morphing Sheep's goalkeeper Bedwyr Ellershaw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Aeddan Cavaness was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portuguese Lions's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mighty Morphing Sheep the free kick. A collision led to Portuguese Lions getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Aeddan Cavaness hit a great ball. Maxen Hickey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sinnoch Coogan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Sinnoch Coogan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Mighty Morphing Sheep supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Portuguese Lions's performance. The match ended with a win for Portuguese Lions.
