The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Colwyn Bay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Trahern Braun came free, but Dagonet Beckham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Porthcawl booed when Colwyn Bay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andras Hildreth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bellieus Ayer kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Rhychdir Lowery fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dagonet Beckham having to interfere. In the 19th minute Iddawg Gooch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Addolgar Bowen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Digon Gee cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dagonet Beckham was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Porthcawl's Addolgar Bowen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iddawg Gooch in the 29th minute of play. Griffith Butterys short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Dagonet Beckham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Puw Donnelly hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Penvro Lennox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Griffith Buttery got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Griffith Buttery who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colwyn Bay FC's Dagonet Beckham was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trahern Braun in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dagonet Beckham saved Colwyn Bay FC from getting behind. Trahern Braun kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Dagonet Beckham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trahern Braun in the 60th minute of the match. Dagonet Beckham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trahern Braun, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Griffith Buttery in the 67th minute of play forced Colwyn Bay FC's goalkeeper Dagonet Beckham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Trahern Finneran took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Addolgar Bowen to make any attempt to save it. When Porthcawl's Trahern Braun in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colwyn Bay FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trahern Braun in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dagonet Beckham prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th minute, Morthwyl Cowen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Iddawg Gooch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Addolgar Bowen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 87 minutes into the game, Porthcawl's Tad Kain nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dagonet Beckham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 91 minutes into the game, Trahern Braun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Dagonet Beckham was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Porthcawl fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colwyn Bay FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
