Cadeyrn Andrews hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Clust Farthing sped through Prestatyn's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cant Cockwell. 8 minutes into the match, Prestatyn's goal looked a bit too open when Kenyon Blyth came free, but Cant Cockwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Prestatyn defense, Kenyon Blyth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cant Cockwell. The Prestatyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cant Cockwell should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Prestatyn's goal looked a bit too open when Kenyon Blyth came free, but Cant Cockwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Clust Farthing's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cant Cockwell was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 20 minutes into the match, Prestatyn's goal looked a bit too open when Kenyon Blyth came free, but Cant Cockwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Caerleon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Penvro Clark to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Clust Farthing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cant Cockwell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 28 played minutes Caerleon got a freekick which was hit by Llwybyr Folk. In the 32nd minute, Syvwlch Cordwainer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Clust Farthing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cant Cockwell was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Prestatyn's Aberthol Fitzgerald slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gwres Keatinge. That made the score 2-4 after 39 minutes of play. 41 minutes into the match, Prestatyn's goal looked a bit too open when Kenyon Blyth came free, but Cant Cockwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes, Clust Farthing mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caerleon and the Prestatyn players grew even worse after the yellow card.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clust Farthing to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Kenyon Blyth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Cant Cockwell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Kenyon Blyth kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cant Cockwell. That made the score 2-6 in the 57 minute of play. In the 63rd minute Naw Henson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwres Keatinge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cant Cockwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenyon Blyth in the 67th minute of the match. After 68 minutes Prestatyn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kenyon Blyth who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Anwir Keary heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Glew Epps kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Kenyon Blyth sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Prestatyn's Cant Cockwell didn't even have to move. With a little luck, Prestatyn's Cant Cockwell got control of the ball when Kenyon Blyth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Naw Henson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gwres Keatinge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Caerleon's Kenyon Blyth dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenyon Blyth in the 89th minute of play forced Prestatyn's goalkeeper Cant Cockwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timotheus Blacksmith's late challenge caught a Caerleon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timotheus Blacksmith helped the player get up and apologised. Timotheus Blacksmith hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Prestatyn defense, Clust Farthing kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cant Cockwell. The Prestatyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cant Cockwell should have stopped the shot. Anwir Keary fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cant Cockwell having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Caerleon left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Prestatyn.
