The supporters of Prestatyn booed when Flint was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Broderick Fishman didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Flint getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Caledvwich Leather hit a great ball. After 10 minutes, Lleu Gain made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Prestatyn's Cant Cockwell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Prestatyn getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Glew Epps hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caledvwich Leather in the 14th minute of play forced Prestatyn's goalkeeper Cant Cockwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Flint defense, Naw Henson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Naw Neatherder. The Flint fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Naw Neatherder should have stopped the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Cadman Brandon notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Prestatyn's Cant Cockwell. Cant Cockwell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cant Cockwell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caledvwich Leather, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute Drew French shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naw Neatherder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naw Neatherder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Drew French, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Naw Neatherder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drew French in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Prestatyn's goal looked a bit too open when Cadman Brandon came free, but Cant Cockwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Flint's Lleu Gain got a free kick in the 34th minute. Cant Cockwell came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Flint's Cadman Brandon. But to his dismay, Cadman Brandon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 44 minutes into the match, Flint's goal looked a bit too open when Drew French came free, but Naw Neatherder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Prestatyn players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Flint were winning 1-3.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Drew French in the 54th minute of play forced Flint's goalkeeper Naw Neatherder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lleu Gain got free with Cant Cockwell in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61stth minute of the game Lleu Gain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Prestatyn's Cant Cockwell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Lleu Gain put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Cant Cockwell. Prestatyn's Cant Cockwell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lleu Gain in the 66th minute of play. When Flint's Cadman Brandon in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Prestatyn's Cant Cockwell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Prestatyn from getting a goal against them.
