Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute Gwawl Adams shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cant Cockwell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drew French in the 10th minute of play forced Montgomery Utd's goalkeeper Evan Lydiican to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Naw Henson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Montgomery Utd's Anwar Donovan got a free kick in the 14th minute. The supporters of Montgomery Utd booed when Prestatyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glew Epps didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Montgomery Utd's Teithi Lay to fire away a dangerous shot which Cant Cockwell despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Prestatyn booed when Montgomery Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ofydd Dungan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalldav Farmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cant Cockwell having to interfere. Cant Cockwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwawl Adams in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match Tomos Green shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cant Cockwell showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Naw Henson might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evan Lydiican. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Naw Henson ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Prestatyn defense, Gwawl Adams kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cant Cockwell. The Prestatyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cant Cockwell should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Drew French to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Dalldav Farmer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cant Cockwell. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Prestatyn's goalkeeper Cant Cockwell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cant Cockwell was a little too slow when Dalldav Farmer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-4. Evan Lydiican came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Prestatyn's Naw Henson. But to his dismay, Naw Henson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 75th minute Dalldav Farmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cant Cockwell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cant Cockwell made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Ofydd Dungan sent off a good shot on target. Gwawl Adams came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cant Cockwell could save by the left post. When Druce Larkin fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montgomery Utd's protests and gave Druce Larkin a yellow card for diving instead. Prestatyn's Cant Cockwell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalldav Farmer in the 87th minute of play. Cant Cockwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalldav Farmer in the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle went the supporters of Montgomery Utd were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Prestatyn side.
