Gwyddno Creagh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eryi Jenkins in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Corryn Avery made a precise shot to the right of Gwyddno Creagh. Chepstow's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alwyn Everton in the 27th minute of play forced Chepstow's goalkeeper Gwyddno Creagh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwyddno Creagh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alwyn Everton, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Chepstow's Gwyddno Creagh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corryn Avery in the 35th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eryi Jenkins made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bors Goodman in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aneirin Hubbard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aneirin Hubbard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bors Goodman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Keith Yeoman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aneirin Hubbard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aneirin Hubbard came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Chepstow's Bors Goodman. But to his dismay, Bors Goodman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Bors Goodman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Aneirin Hubbard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Chepstow defense, Eryi Jenkins kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gwyddno Creagh. The Chepstow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gwyddno Creagh should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alwyn Everton in the 70th minute of play forced Chepstow's goalkeeper Gwyddno Creagh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aneirin Hubbard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keith Yeoman in the 78th minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Chepstow got a freekick which was hit by Gorlois Whitewing. Gowerr Harding took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gwyddno Creagh. Chepstow's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
