Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gobrwy Bernard made the kick off and thus started the match. Gwyneira Blake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Padrig Kirk in the 5th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Lampeter's goal looked a bit too open when Padrig Kirk came free, but Gwyneira Blake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Lampeter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tringad Edgell to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Goreu Gade got free with Gruffen Greene in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tringad Edgell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gruffen Greene read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. When Sel Donnelly fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aberystwyth's protests and gave Sel Donnelly a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Sel Donnelly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lampeter's Gwyneira Blake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gobrwy Bernard in the 27th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tringad Edgell during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lampeter's Tringad Edgell got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Tringad Edgell hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Lampeter defense, Padrig Kirk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gwyneira Blake. The Lampeter fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gwyneira Blake should have stopped the shot. Goreu Gade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gruffen Greene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lampeter's Gwyneira Blake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Padrig Kirk in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tringad Edgell was the one to do the kick off. Brice Jones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Gruffen Greene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lampeter's Gwyneira Blake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Padrig Kirk in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Aberystwyth getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Myrddin Chandler hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Goreu Gade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Goreu Gade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gruffen Greene having to interfere. In the 66thth minute of the game Padrig Kirk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lampeter's Gwyneira Blake was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Gwyneira Blake managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Aberystwyth's Gobrwy Bernard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 69th minute, Taliesin Brin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Goreu Gade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Baddon Carman fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aberystwyth's protests and gave Baddon Carman a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 played minutes Aberystwyth got a freekick which was hit by Baddon Carman. In the 82nd minute, Pelles Crease reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gwyneira Blake. The goal made the score 0-3. Aberystwyth's Gobrwy Bernard got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gwyneira Blake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Padrig Kirk, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The Lampeter manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Aberystwyth to win.
