One of Skewen:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UWA Haverfordwest:s goal. Taffy Gladwin charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Taffy Gladwin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Taffy Gladwin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Skewen's goalkeeper Garselid Carver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Llyn Featherston. Garselid Carver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tremayne Gibb in the 26th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kynedyr Arthur got free with Garselid Carver in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Garselid Carver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tremayne Gibb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Maddock Heany fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skewen's protests and gave Maddock Heany a yellow card for diving instead. Garselid Carver had in the 38thth minute some difficulties stopping Addolgar Andrew's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Waljan Eckles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kynedyr Arthur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kynedyr Arthur came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the UWA Haverfordwest fans jumped to their feet. The wind increased when Waljan Eckles made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to UWA Haverfordwest getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Aglovale Bellew hit a great ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skewen's goalkeeper Garselid Carver, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Tremayne Gibb came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the UWA Haverfordwest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tremayne Gibb couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Skewen's zone, Tremayne Gibb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garselid Carver came out of the goal and Tremayne Gibb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Garselid Carver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tremayne Gibb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tremayne Gibb in the 68th minute of play forced Skewen's goalkeeper Garselid Carver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garselid Carver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tremayne Gibb in the 69th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Llyn Featherston had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Garselid Carver. Skewen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Llyn Featherston was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 78 minutes into the match, Skewen's goal looked a bit too open when Tremayne Gibb came free, but Garselid Carver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kynedyr Arthur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garselid Carver having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Kynedyr Arthur notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Skewen's Garselid Carver. Garselid Carver was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Llyn Featherston kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that UWA Haverfordwest were the better team. UWA Haverfordwest's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
