Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Collen Forsyth got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Neath's Heilyn Holcomb slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cerwyn Jordan. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Cerwyn Jordan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sayer Hitchcock, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Cerwyn Jordan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heilyn Holcomb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cerwyn Jordan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Collen Forsyth in the 17th minute of the match. After having played for 18 minutes, Sayer Hitchcock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neath's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sayer Hitchcock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute Rheged Foody shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mabon Keelan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Montgomery booed when Neath was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sayer Hitchcock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mabon Keelan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gorsedd Eckles's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Bradwr Lavery fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mabon Keelan having to interfere. Cerwyn Jordan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sayer Hitchcock in the 38th minute. Cerwyn Jordan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heilyn Holcomb in the 41st minute of play. Rheged Foody could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Mabon Keelan made a huge save. Cerwyn Jordan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Collen Forsyth in the 57th minute of the match. Bradwr Lavery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sayer Hitchcock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cerwyn Jordan having to interfere. A collision led to Montgomery getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Digon Cullin hit a great ball. In the 66th minute of the match Tremayne Lamph sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cerwyn Jordan skillfully saved the ball. Cerwyn Jordan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Collen Forsyth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neath's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tremayne Lamph in the 74th minute. Neath's Tremayne Lamph was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cerwyn Jordan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 80 minutes into the match, Neath's Collen Forsyth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cerwyn Jordan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Montgomery was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rheged Foody to maneuver through the defense. Cerwyn Jordan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sayer Hitchcock in the 83rd minute of the match.
