Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Barris Kerrin started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Rhonnda booed when Knighton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rhyd Folk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Madoc Halton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Taffy Finn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rhyd Folk in the 18th minute of the match. After 24 played minutes Knighton got a freekick which was hit by Bowen Boyle. Rhonnda's Price Inge couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Knighton. In the 27th minute, Urien Hanson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rhyd Folk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barris Kerrin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Madoc Halton might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gwern Chaisemaker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Madoc Halton ran back to his position shaking his head. If Madoc Halton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Knighton's Gwern Chaisemaker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Knighton from getting a goal against them. Gwern Chaisemaker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Madoc Halton in the 46th minute of the match.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Griffith Case to make the kick off. If Griffith Case had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taffy Finn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barris Kerrin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Griffith Case managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rhonnda's supporters rose to their feet, but Griffith Case was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwern Chaisemaker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Madoc Halton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eryi Carson's late challenge caught a Rhonnda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eryi Carson helped the player get up and apologised. Griffith Case scored 1-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gwern Chaisemaker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Madoc Halton kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Barris Kerrin's late challenge caught a Rhonnda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Barris Kerrin helped the player get up and apologised. Barris Kerrin hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 88th match minute, Knighton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eryi Carson to maneuver through the defense. Knighton's Gwern Chaisemaker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Griffith Case in the 91st minute of play. After 93 played minutes Rhonnda got a freekick which was hit by Siencyn Haughion. After a rather tough play, Rhonnda's Mil Ivers got a free kick in the 96th minute.
