In the 21st match minute, Montgomery was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iolo Finneran to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the game, Bridgend's Mael Hall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cerwyn Jordan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cerwyn Jordan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brad Kilpatrick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorsedd Eckles in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gorsedd Eckles to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Drudwas Cribban during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
