Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) Calder Laing made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Skewen booed when Presteigne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aeddan Saddler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clud Lodder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Aeddan Saddler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Presteigne's supporters rose to their feet, but Aeddan Saddler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Garselid Carver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 13 played minutes Skewen got a freekick which was hit by Ren Elias. Waljan Eckles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aedd Boham having to make a save. Calder Laings short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Aedd Boham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 20th minute, Calder Laing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Calder Laing got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Skewen's Calder Laing got a free kick in the 25th minute. Clud Lodder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Garselid Carver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Skewen's Garselid Carver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryn Law in the 31st minute of play. When Presteigne's Clud Lodder in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skewen's goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th minute, Clud Lodder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Waljan Eckles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aedd Boham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ren Elias's late challenge caught a Presteigne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ren Elias helped the player get up and apologised. Ren Elias hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clud Lodder made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Waljan Eckles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aedd Boham. Presteigne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Waljan Eckles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After having played for 63 minutes, Waljan Eckles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skewen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waljan Eckles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Skewen booed when Presteigne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Goronwy Colthar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Skewen's Waljan Eckles got a free kick in the 67th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Garselid Carver successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clud Lodder in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Garselid Carver prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Siam Callaghan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Clud Lodder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Garselid Carver was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game.
