An unexpectedly hard shot by Barris Kerrin in the 7th minute of play forced Cardiff's goalkeeper Bwlch Thatcher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edern Snobscat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Knighton getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Urien Hanson hit a great ball. Gwern Chaisemaker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Deiniol Hinton in the 13th minute. Deiniol Hinton's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. If Barris Kerrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bwlch Thatcher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barris Kerrin in the 93rd minute of the match. Knighton played a much better game than Cardiff and deserved their victory. The Cardiff players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
