Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Eternal FLame's Gwres Shrieve started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Arianwyn Birkbeck fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carmarthen's protests and gave Arianwyn Birkbeck a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Carmarthen got a freekick which was hit by Arianwyn Birkbeck. Gwydion Gain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwalhaved Ferriter in the 5th minute of the match. Arianwyn Birkbeck got his second yellow card in the match during the 12th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 12 played minutes Carmarthen got a freekick which was hit by Arianwyn Birkbeck. In the 14th minute Medyr Beever shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwydion Gain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gwydion Gain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ardwyad Jagger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colwyn Loody hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Carmarthen's goal looked a bit too open when Medyr Beever came free, but Gwydion Gain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Eternal FLame getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Gwalhaved Ferriter hit a great ball. If Cadoc Muleskinner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Gwres Shrieve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwydion Gain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Govannon Denton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gwalhaved Ferriter didn't quite understand what happened when in the 37 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Gwydion Gain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ardwyad Jagger in the 39th minute of the match. Gwydion Gain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ardwyad Jagger in the 42nd minute of play. Carnedyr Connery kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Medyr Beever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwydion Gain having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Carmarthen's goal looked a bit too open when Ardwyad Jagger came free, but Gwydion Gain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gwydion Luce was the one to do the kick off. Gwydion Gain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ardwyad Jagger in the 54th minute of the match. Gwydion Gain made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Gwres Shrieve sent off a good shot on target. Gwydion Gain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ardwyad Jagger in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Eternal FLame's goal looked a bit too open when Colwyn Loody came free, but Juan Maore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Govannon Denton hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Gwres Shrieve's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwydion Gain was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Gwres Shrieve kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gwydion Gain. That made the score 0-1 in the 71 minute of play. Gwres Shrieve scored 0-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gwydion Gain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Medyr Beever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Carmarthen booed when Eternal FLame was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alwyn Haddon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Maore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cadoc Muleskinner in the 84th minute of play. Gwydion Luce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Colwyn Loody came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Carmarthen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Colwyn Loody couldn't finish the play. Cadoc Muleskinner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Maore having to interfere. Carmarthen's Colwyn Loody quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cadell Blencow, made in the 96th minute of the game. Eternal FLame played a much better game than Carmarthen and deserved their victory. The Carmarthen players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
