Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1465, VIP seats: 35) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rhychdir Lax made the kick off which started today's match. If Ümit Davala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Chepstow Utd's zone, Awstin Aykroyd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adwr Brandon came out of the goal and Awstin Aykroyd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Awstin Aykroyd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adwr Brandon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 15th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jones Dancy. Adwr Brandon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Awstin Aykroyd in the 16th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Morvran Gallatin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adwr Brandon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Awstin Aykroyd in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wrexham's Bedwyr Husbandman got a free kick in the 34th minute. Griffin Farrelly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhychdir Lax, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Meical Keller in the 39th minute of play forced Wrexham's goalkeeper Griffin Farrelly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Awstin Aykroyd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Chepstow Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Awstin Aykroyd came free, but Adwr Brandon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adwr Brandon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Awstin Aykroyd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ümit Davala took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adwr Brandon. Adwr Brandon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 63rd minute Bedwyr Husbandman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adwr Brandon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Awstin Aykroyd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Adwr Brandon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, Chepstow Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morvran Gallatin to maneuver through the defense. Adwr Brandon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Awstin Aykroyd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Wrexham's Griffin Farrelly got control of the ball when Meical Keller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ümit Davala's late challenge caught a Chepstow Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ümit Davala helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chepstow Utd booed when Wrexham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ümit Davala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ümit Davala scored 2-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adwr Brandon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adwr Brandon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ümit Davala in the 82nd minute of the match. Bedwyr Husbandman struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Adwr Brandon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wrexham. After some careless play in the Chepstow Utd defense, Awstin Aykroyd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adwr Brandon. The Chepstow Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adwr Brandon should have stopped the shot. When Meical Keller came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Chepstow Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Meical Keller couldn't finish the play. Wrexham walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
