After a rather tough play, FOUCHANA FC's Mokhtar Bouzayène got a free kick in the 28th minute. Youssef Ben Bensedrine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Youssef Ben Bensedrine left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bakewell City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The supporters of Bakewell City booed when FOUCHANA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brahim Sassi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
