An unexpectedly hard shot by Driss Adhoum in the 15th minute of play forced Polperro's goalkeeper Aymen Laabidi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Majdi Achour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chedly Ben Aïssa in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mourad Bejaoui saved Hardwick United from getting behind. Chedly Ben Aïssa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mourad Bejaoui having to make a save. Tarek Slimane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mourad Bejaoui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Hardwick United got a freekick which was hit by Chedi Chedli. Moustafa Badra, 38 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mourad Bejaoui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarek Slimane in the 40th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Maher Braiek put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mourad Bejaoui. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chedly Ben Aïssa to strike the kick off in the second half. Chedly Ben Aïssa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mourad Bejaoui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hardwick United's Youssef Mor got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Chedly Ben Aïssa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tarek Slimane's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mourad Bejaoui firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Tarek Slimane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Majdi Achour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Driss Adhoum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aymen Laabidi having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Polperro's goal looked a bit too open when Majdi Achour came free, but Aymen Laabidi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mourad Bejaoui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chedly Ben Aïssa in the 85th minute of the match. Majdi Achour's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aymen Laabidi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Majdi Achour struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Aymen Laabidi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hardwick United.
