Spectators: 6756 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1756, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Habib Naoui kicked off to start the match. In the 6th match minute, Hunslet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hocine Bey to maneuver through the defense. If Hedi Yahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hedi Yahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Mohamed Nefzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Derby City's Karim Koissy got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With splendid footwork Jaouhar Mokthar arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 27th minute. Fakhreddine Koissy charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fakhreddine Koissy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hunslet's Rachid Sguir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaouhar Mokthar in the 38th minute of play. Jaouhar Mokthar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rachid Sguir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Jaouhar Abdeljilil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Sguir having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Hunslet's Rachid Sguir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Koissy in the 52nd minute of play. Rachid Sguir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Koissy in the 53rd minute of the match. When Hunslet's Habib Naoui in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Derby City's goalie prevented a goal. If Habib Naoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hunslet's Rachid Sguir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Koissy in the 68th minute of play. When Hocine Bey fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hunslet's protests and gave Hocine Bey a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Hocine Bey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Youssef Bhar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Sguir having to interfere. Jaouhar Mokthar struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Rachid Sguir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Derby City. When Jaouhar Mokthar came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Derby City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaouhar Mokthar couldn't finish the play. If Karim Koissy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Derby City were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hunslet for a fine match.
