Abdelkarim Brahem yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Horbury's Haykel Abdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salah Boumnijel in the 14th minute of play. Jalel Sellimi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelkarim Brahem having to interfere. Youssef Ben Mor took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haykel Abdi. Haykel Abdi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Salah Boumnijel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Haykel Abdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jalel Sellimi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelkarim Brahem having to interfere. Warwick AFC's Abdelkarim Brahem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Warwick AFC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Warwick AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Bassem Maatouk hit a great ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Mohamed Salah Haithem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horbury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Salah Haithem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Warwick AFC's Abdelkarim Brahem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jalel Sellimi in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Warwick AFC's goalkeeper Abdelkarim Brahem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohamed Salah Haithem. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salah Boumnijel in the 41st minute of play forced Horbury's goalkeeper Haykel Abdi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jalel Sellimi in the 44th minute of play forced Warwick AFC's goalkeeper Abdelkarim Brahem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Warwick AFC got a freekick which was hit by Belgacem Bourguiba. Horbury's Jalel Sellimi got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Salah Boumnijel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bassem Maatouk hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Abdelkarim Brahem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Salah Haithem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Néji Mokthar charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Néji Mokthar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Horbury getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Néji Mokthar hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Horbury's zone, Salah Boumnijel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haykel Abdi came out of the goal and Salah Boumnijel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 2-1 became the score in the 72nd minute when Jalel Sellimi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Salah Boumnijel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Jalel Sellimi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horbury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jalel Sellimi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sabri Essediri's late challenge caught a Warwick AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sabri Essediri helped the player get up and apologised. Abdelkarim Brahem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Salah Haithem in the 98th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Warwick AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Horbury.
