After a rather tough play, Warwick AFC's Salah Boumnijel got a free kick in the 6th minute. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Salah Boumnijel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Malmesbury booed when Warwick AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bassem Maatouk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Youssef Ben Mor was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Malmesbury's goalkeeper Hamdi Chedli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Youssef Ben Mor notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Malmesbury's Hamdi Chedli. Hamdi Chedli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ahmed Attouga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th match minute, Warwick AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adel Bouzaiene to maneuver through the defense. Malmesbury's Hamdi Chedli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salah Boumnijel in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Malmesbury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achraf Bouazizi to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salah Boumnijel made a kick off. Hamed Jemmali could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Abdelkarim Brahem made a huge save. In the 54th minute, Hamed Jemmali reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abdelkarim Brahem. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 57th match minute, Warwick AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bassem Maatouk to maneuver through the defense. Hamdi Chedli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Youssef Ben Mor , who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Abdelkarim Brahem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Attouga in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Youssef Ben Mor in the 68th minute of play forced Malmesbury's goalkeeper Hamdi Chedli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Warwick AFC's Hassen Mnari got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute Malmesbury were awarded a corner. Abdelkarim Lahmar went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Abdelkarim Lahmar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Warwick AFC's Abdelkarim Brahem did a great save. Abdelkarim Brahem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Attouga in the 76th minute of the match. Abdelkarim Brahem had great luck who in the 79thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ahmed Attouga from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Salah Boumnijel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdi Chedli having to interfere. After 85 minutes, Aymen Saber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malmesbury and the Warwick AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Malmesbury's Aymen Saber got a free kick in the 85th minute. Youssef Ben Mor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohamed Salah Salem hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Abdelkarim Brahem was a little too slow when Hamed Jemmali got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 1-2. The Malmesbury supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Malmesbury would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
