After 3 played minutes Yapton got a freekick which was hit by Heithem Slim. Berkhamsted's Radhi Ayari got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radhi Ayari struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Karim Sellimi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berkhamsted. Berkhamsted's Habib Nafti got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute Habib Nafti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karim Sellimi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Adel Dhaouadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habib Nafti in the 20th minute of play forced Yapton's goalkeeper Karim Sellimi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Mongi Achour fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radhi Ayari got free with Karim Sellimi in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Yapton defense, Habib Nafti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karim Sellimi . The Yapton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karim Sellimi should have stopped the shot. Habib Nafti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Karim Sellimi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radhi Ayari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Sellimi having to interfere. Hédi Ben Salah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Karim Sellimi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hédi Ben Salah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Sellimi having to interfere. Karim Sellimi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habib Nafti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Berkhamsted defense, Wissem al-Husain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehdi Eyadema . The Berkhamsted fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehdi Eyadema should have stopped the shot. If Habib Nafti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Karim Sellimi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habib Nafti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Radhi Ayari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berkhamsted's supporters rose to their feet, but Radhi Ayari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karim Sellimi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 60 minutes, Adel Dhaouadi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yapton and the Berkhamsted players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Yapton getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Adel Dhaouadi hit a great ball. Karim Mustapha was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radhi Ayari in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karim Sellimi saved Yapton from getting behind. Wissem al-Husain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Mehdi Eyadema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radhi Ayari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berkhamsted's Radhi Ayari got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mehdi Eyadema showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wissem al-Husain, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Karim Sellimi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habib Nafti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rdth minute of the game Habib Nafti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yapton's Karim Sellimi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Habib Nafti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karim Sellimi . Yapton's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Habib Nafti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 88 played minutes Berkhamsted got a freekick which was hit by Mongi Achour. In the 90th minute of the match, Wissem al-Husain tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mehdi Eyadema saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 92nd minute, Wissem al-Husain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Habib Nafti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 95 minutes, Habib Nafti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berkhamsted's supporters crossed their fingers, but Habib Nafti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Berkhamsted players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
