Ali Saidi had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Tarak Thabet's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Sofiène Robime had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mokhtar Trabelsi. Salcombe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sofiène Robime was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mokhtar Trabelsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Ali Achab in the 18th minute of the match. Ali Saidi came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Salcombe's Kamel Ben Mbarek. But to his dismay, Kamel Ben Mbarek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ali Saidi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Dhafer in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Salcombe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarak Thabet to maneuver through the defense. When Northleach's Mohamed Ali Achab in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salcombe's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Kamel Ben Mbarek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Saidi was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Mokhtar Trabelsi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Ali Achab, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Karim Dhafer struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Ali Saidi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salcombe. Sofiène Robime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Northleach's Ali Saidi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Dhafer in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Salcombe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Srarfi to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kamel Ben Mbarek made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Northleach's goal looked a bit too open when Kamel Ben Mbarek came free, but Ali Saidi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Saidi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamel Ben Mbarek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mohamed Ali Achab fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Northleach's protests and gave Mohamed Ali Achab a yellow card for diving instead. Karim Dhafer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ali Saidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karim Dhafer struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ali Saidi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salcombe. With a little luck, Northleach's Ali Saidi got control of the ball when Karim Dhafer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohamed Ali Achab in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mokhtar Trabelsi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kamel Ben Mbarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Karim Dhafer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salcombe's supporters rose to their feet, but Karim Dhafer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Saidi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 73 played minutes Salcombe got a freekick which was hit by Kamel Ben Mbarek. In the 73rd minute, Kamel Ben Mbarek fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Ali Saidi. Karim Dhafer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Saidi having to interfere. Ahmed Srarfi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the game, Ben Chedli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Northleach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salcombe the free kick. Ben Chedli kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Northleach's zone, Karim Dhafer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Saidi came out of the goal and Karim Dhafer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Salcombe booed when Northleach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achraf Trabelsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Karim Dhafer came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Salcombe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karim Dhafer couldn't finish the play. In the 83rdth minute of the game Kamel Ben Mbarek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Northleach's Ali Saidi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Karim Dhafer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Saidi having to interfere. In the 89th minute Kamel Ben Mbarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Saidi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Northleach could leave the field as winners, despite Salcombe having more of the ball for most of the match.
