Spectators: 6718 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 0) Sawbridgeworth's Jean al-Munsif Bey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Sawbridgeworth from getting a goal against them. Zine Ziadi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jean al-Munsif Bey having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Aymen Sanchou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romaldkirk's supporters rose to their feet, but Aymen Sanchou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean al-Munsif Bey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the game, Aymen Sanchou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jean al-Munsif Bey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Blaise Rehouma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Hatem Ben Jaziri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zine Ziadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sawbridgeworth's zone, Aymen Sanchou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean al-Munsif Bey came out of the goal and Aymen Sanchou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hatem Ben Jaziri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hedi Amira Karoui in the 29th minute of the match. Oussama Chiboub kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. If Hedi Amira Karoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hatem Ben Jaziri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blaise Rehouma's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Hedi Amira Karoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hatem Ben Jaziri having to interfere. Blaise Rehouma's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hatem Ben Jaziri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Mohamed Ben Arfa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean al-Munsif Bey having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Zine Ziadi made the kick off in the second half. Zine Ziadi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jean al-Munsif Bey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aymen Sanchou in the 55th minute of play forced Sawbridgeworth's goalkeeper Jean al-Munsif Bey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hatem Ben Jaziri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blaise Rehouma in the 58th minute of play. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Romaldkirk! When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, Sawbridgeworth's Rachid Abdelmajid got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hatem Ben Jaziri. 64 minutes into the game, Blaise Rehouma recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hatem Ben Jaziri. Blaise Rehouma showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hedi Amira Karoui got free with Hatem Ben Jaziri in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Blaise Rehouma came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Sawbridgeworth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blaise Rehouma couldn't finish the play. Jean al-Munsif Bey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zine Ziadi in the 79th minute of play. Hedi Amira Karoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hatem Ben Jaziri having to interfere. The supporters of Sawbridgeworth booed when Romaldkirk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oussama Chiboub didn't get a good kick on the ball.
