The referee ignored Evington AFC's protests and gave Emir Ladgham a yellow card for diving instead. Pierre Sellami didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teignmouth United. A collision led to Evington AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Haythem Zaalani hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Teignmouth United were awarded a corner. Abdallah Younes went to the cornerflag to take it. Hédi Adhoum made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Bechir Sassi sent off a good shot on target. Emir Ladgham struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Hédi Adhoum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Evington AFC. Bechir Sassi scored 1-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hédi Adhoum , who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Evington AFC's Emir Ladgham ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hédi Adhoum . Hédi Adhoum yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Bechir Sassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hédi Adhoum having to interfere. Pierre Sellami came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Teignmouth United's Ahmed Mzali. But to his dismay, Ahmed Mzali quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emir Ladgham was the one to do the kick off. Hichem Dhahri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Radhi Bouali got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmed Mzali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hichem Dhahri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre Sellami having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Mzali got free with Pierre Sellami in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute, Ahmed Mzali got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abdelwahab Sfar hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Pierre Sellami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hichem Dhahri, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Bechir Sassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Hédi Adhoum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pierre Sellami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hichem Dhahri in the 87th minute of play. With a little luck, Evington AFC's Pierre Sellami got control of the ball when Ahmed Mzali tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hédi Adhoum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emir Ladgham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Teignmouth United's Abdessalem Hleli got a free kick in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Evington AFC's Pierre Sellami got control of the ball when Ahmed Mzali tried to sneak it across the goal line.
