After a defensive mix-up in Godalming AFC's zone, Lofti Chedli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lotfi Sallemi came out of the goal and Lofti Chedli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mohamed Khelil hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Lofti Chedli charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lofti Chedli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lofti Chedli kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Lofti Chedli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lotfi Sallemi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lotfi Sallemi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lofti Chedli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hassine Clayton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lotfi Sallemi having to interfere. Windermere City's Lofti Chedli managed to work through Godalming AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Lofti Chedli dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Hassine Clayton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Godalming AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lofti Chedli came free, but Lotfi Sallemi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lofti Chedli struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Lotfi Sallemi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Windermere City. After 47 played minutes Godalming AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jawhar Ouertani. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Salah Yahia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Habib Ali Sellami kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Jawhar Ouertani shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zoubeir Koissy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salah Yahia in the 59th minute of play forced Windermere City's goalkeeper Zoubeir Koissy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Habib Ali Sellami charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Habib Ali Sellami the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Hassine Clayton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Khelil during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. José Haj Kacem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoubeir Koissy having to interfere. If Hassine Clayton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute Lofti Chedli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lotfi Sallemi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mohamed Khelil was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. Mohamed Khelil kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Windermere City's Lofti Chedli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lotfi Sallemi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lofti Chedli in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lotfi Sallemi saved Godalming AFC from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 98th minute of the game. One of Windermere City:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Godalming AFC:s goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
