Mohamed Mnari charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohamed Mnari the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mohamed Mnari hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Mohamed al-Munsif Bey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Mnari, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Mohamed Mnari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed al-Munsif Bey having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hedi Koissy in the 23rd minute of play forced Real Sousse's goalkeeper Karim Mokthar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes, Aymen Benachour mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Sousse and the Liss players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Aymen Benachour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karim Mokthar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hedi Koissy's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Real Sousse's Karim Mokthar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hedi Koissy in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Liss's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Mnari came free, but Mohamed al-Munsif Bey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mohamed Mnari made a kick off. Noureddine Saada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karim Mokthar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. 65 minutes into the game, Salah Dali cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Mohamed al-Munsif Bey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Salah Dali blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mohamed al-Munsif Bey having to make a save. Karim Mokthar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hedi Koissy, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Mohamed Mnari cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mohamed al-Munsif Bey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 78 played minutes Liss got a freekick which was hit by Abdelwahab Jouili. Hedi Koissy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hedi Koissy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karim Mokthar having to make a save. Karim Mokthar came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Liss's Noureddine Saada. But to his dismay, Noureddine Saada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. With a little luck, Real Sousse's Karim Mokthar got control of the ball when Noureddine Saada tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute, Aymen Benachour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 99th minute Liss were awarded a corner. Moustapha Mzali went to the cornerflag to take it. Despite this Karim Mokthar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Liss's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
