An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaouhar Belhouane in the 28th minute of play forced Purbrook City's goalkeeper Ahmed Habib Benfrej to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bingley's Mehdi ibn Ali got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jaouhar Belhouane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Habib Benfrej having to interfere. When Purbrook City's Taieb Chikhaoui in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
