Spectators: 6759 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abdallah Makni kicked off to start the match. Radhi Bensedrine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Thatto Heath AFC's zone, Michel Bassir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamdi El Ouaer came out of the goal and Michel Bassir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 12 played minutes Witham got a freekick which was hit by Abdallah Makni. When Thatto Heath AFC's Radhi Bensedrine in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Witham's goalie prevented a goal. Witham's Mongi Karoui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radhi Bensedrine in the 16th minute of play. In the 17thth minute of the game Radhi Bensedrine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Witham's Mongi Karoui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdallah Makni in the 24th minute of play forced Thatto Heath AFC's goalkeeper Hamdi El Ouaer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 played minutes Thatto Heath AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tarak Boumnijel. Hamdi El Ouaer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 26th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Chaouki Ben Dermech. 28 minutes into the match, Thatto Heath AFC's Sami Boukadida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mongi Karoui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hamdi El Ouaer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Bassir in the 31st minute. With a little luck, Thatto Heath AFC's Hamdi El Ouaer got control of the ball when Michel Bassir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hamdi El Ouaer made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Michel Bassir sent off a good shot on target. When Tarak Boumnijel fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thatto Heath AFC's protests and gave Tarak Boumnijel a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Thatto Heath AFC's Tarak Boumnijel got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute Abdallah Makni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamdi El Ouaer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Abdallah Makni kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hamdi El Ouaer. That made the score 1-0 in the 42 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Mongi Karoui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radhi Bensedrine in the 59th minute. Wissem Ben Amor charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wissem Ben Amor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Witham getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Wissem Ben Amor hit a great ball. In the 63rd match minute, Witham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Trabelsi to maneuver through the defense. Tarak Boumnijel kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Chaouki Ben Dermech, 68 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Sami Boukadida recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mongi Karoui. Sami Boukadida showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Zoubaier Saidi charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zoubaier Saidi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th match minute, Thatto Heath AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zoubaier Saidi to maneuver through the defense. Chaouki Ben Dermech was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Emir El Naili hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Witham's Michel Bassir got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hamdi El Ouaer came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Witham's Michel Bassir . But to his dismay, Michel Bassir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 95 minutes into the match, Witham's goal looked a bit too open when Sami Boukadida came free, but Mongi Karoui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Witham's goalkeeper Mongi Karoui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radhi Bensedrine. In the 99th minute of the match Chaouki Ben Dermech sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hamdi El Ouaer skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Thatto Heath AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Witham.
