A collision led to Croston getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Abdallah al-Amin hit a great ball. Habib Ali Mustapha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Habib Sallemi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Habib Ali Mustapha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. St Austell City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Habib Ali Mustapha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Croston's Habib Sallemi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Croston from getting a goal against them. After 34 minutes, Hamza Aleya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the St Austell City and the Croston players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hamza Aleya kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kais Soussia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hamed Amor kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Croston's goal looked a bit too open when Selim Limam came free, but Habib Sallemi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lotfi Bourguiba struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Habib Sallemi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St Austell City. Habib Sallemi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Habib Ali Mustapha in the 90th minute of play. Hamza Aleya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Habib Sallemi having to interfere. Mustafa Ben Ghannouchi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Habib Ali Mustapha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Croston had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
